ADP is seeking an IC – Senior Implementation Consultant for Payment Support Services (PSS) within Global Payroll to deliver end-to-end PSS implementations. You will work closely with the Implementation Project Manager, global partners, and in-country partners to analyze and implement client country payments on the ADP Celergo platform in line with regulations.

Formación

• Education — Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience — Two to five years related experience and/or training.
• Other Skills — Bilingual language skills preferred; project management certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure regulatory settings in the global ADP platform (CGC).
• Develop, test and optimize the global PSS solution per client specs.
• Attend implementation calls and assist clients with technical PSS questions.
• Explain country-specific payment issues with payment partners.
• Train clients via online demonstrations of payroll and payments tech.
• Serve as client contact for inquiries, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Relay payment information to global partners in a timely manner.
• Support the Implementation Project Manager until project completion.
• Ensure client respects the implementation window per contract.
• Assist with global implementation, coordinating with partners.
• Analyze client organization and interfaces.
• Organize stakeholder meetings to review status and issues.
• Provide action plans and issue resolution; communicate clearly.
• Ability to travel to client locations as required.
