Papaya Global is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide clients from discovery to go-live. You’ll own end-to-end onboarding, configure platforms, migrate data, test diligently, and provide go-live support.

You will collaborate with Product, Support and Engineering to deliver seamless payroll solutions and leverage AI to optimize processes. The role emphasizes structured project planning, proactive communication, and risk mitigation to ensure client success in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS or payroll/HR tech role.
• 3–5+ years of payroll implementation or processing experience.
• Familiar with PEO, EOR, ASO, AOR and contingent workforce models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects from discovery to go-live.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Change Management and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve planning, documentation, reporting and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding, including discovery, platform configuration, data migration, testing and go-live support.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with milestones across all phases.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand payroll needs and tailor solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout implementation.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows and automations to streamline onboarding and reporting.
• Work with Product, Account Management, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows that reduce manual work and improve scalability.
• Facilitate structured handovers to Account Management and Customer Success post-implementation.
