Super is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Payments, to own the payments infrastructure including PSP routing, integration, and 3DS2 flows. You will drive multi-market activation, consolidation of PSPs, and a resilient, compliant system enabling fast scale across Europe and Latin America.

Formación

6+ years in Product Management, owning platform or infrastructure products.
Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and PSP-agnostic platforms.
Ability to conceptualise, launch, and scale platform capabilities across markets.
Experience building configurable products for multi-market environments with regulatory inputs.
Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset using data to build business cases and diagnose funnel issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

Own the PSP abstraction layer and payment routing engine for market-agnostic payments.
Define lifecycle management and settlement reconciliation to keep records accurate.
Own card-specific infrastructure, including PSP integrations and 3DS2 flows.
Develop a jurisdiction-aware configuration layer for new market activation.
Define and track payment conversion metrics and related support data.
Maintain a structured view of payment methods to inform routing.
Collaborate with internal teams and PSP partners to keep platform agnostic behavior.
Reduce PSP concentration and failure risk to protect conversions.
Communicate program strategy and execution to management.
