Hostinger is seeking a Partnership Director to lead and scale a high-performing Partnerships team across global markets. You will drive strategic direction, optimize processes, and scale partnerships to meet ambitious financial KPIs with substantial budget backing.

You'll identify and recruit partners, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with leaders across product, marketing, and analytics to unlock new business opportunities in emerging markets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in digital performance marketing.
• Experience in managing partnerships (influencers/affiliates) and driving growth.
• Experience with Asia/global markets is a plus.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Partnerships team.
• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners including influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
• Build and manage a pipeline of new partnerships.
• Negotiate internally and externally to close high-impact deals.
• Nurture existing partner relationships to deepen collaborations and sales.
• Oversee partner marketing campaigns and measure performance.
• Collaborate with product heads to exploit business cases in markets.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze data to drive actionable decisions and growth.
• Report on goals, forecasts, results, and challenges.
