Amazon's Operations HR internship in Murcia, Spain, offers exposure to HR functions within a global logistics network. You will learn across HR areas, supported by a mentor, while contributing to training and workforce analytics.

You'll analyze workforce data, assist with employee relations, and help drive efficiency, with the potential to transition into a graduate role. Relocation support and a competitive monthly salary are provided.

Formación

Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
Enrolled in or recently completing a university degree in HR or related field.
Willing to commit to 6 months and 40 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
Assist with internal communication across multiple countries.
Help develop training plans and materials for employee growth.
Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization.
Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
