Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is offering an Operations HR Intern role to develop deep HR knowledge within a global organisation.

You will collaborate with interns from around the world, supporting employee relations, training, and workforce analytics while reporting to a dedicated mentor. The program emphasizes practical experience, with projects across HR areas, including attendance, engagement, and compensation, and may lead to graduate roles or further internships after successful

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).
Able to sign learning agreement with your university.
Commit to 40 hours/week and a 6-month internship maximum.
Currently in final year pursuing a relevant degree (HR, Business Admin, Psychology, etc.).

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
Assist with internal communication across countries to promote collaboration.
Help develop training plans and materials for team development.
Learn HR practices across the Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
Provide day-to-day support to employees on attendance, engagement, and compensation queries.
Assist HR teams with administrative tasks and routines.
Support process reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations for decision-making.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
