Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is offering an Operations HR Intern position. You will work within a global HR team, supporting employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics across multiple countries.

You will gain hands-on experience with mentoring, data-driven decision making, and exposure to leadership initiatives. This role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and practical HR skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Able to sign a learning agreement with university.
• 40 hours/week minimum; 6 months maximum.
• Currently in final year of a related degree (HR, Business, Psychology, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving team needs.
• Learn about HR functions across the Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and automation opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
