Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is offering an Operations HR Intern role in the Madrid area (Alcalá de Henares).

You will join a global HR team, gaining hands-on experience across employee relations, training, compensation, and analytics while collaborating with operations leaders to drive growth. This internship emphasizes data-driven decision making, mentorship, and exposure to diverse HR projects within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or higher.
• Can sign a learning agreement with the university.
• Work 40 hours/week minimum for a 6-month internship maximum.
• Enrolled in final year for a bachelor or master in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help create training plans and materials for team development.
• Learn HR practices across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and efficiency gains.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
