Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior HR Operations Lead based in Spain to design and lead scalable HR processes for a globally distributed workforce. You will drive employee lifecycle experiences, leverage workforce data for insights, and manage HR technology and vendor relationships across multiple countries.

Candidates should have senior HR operations experience in SaaS, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with HR partners and senior leaders in a fully remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• Senior HR operations experience with end-to-end ownership
• Experience in distributed technology or SaaS environments
• Ability to translate talent strategy into operational execution
• Experience managing EOR relationships across countries

Responsibilities

• Develop the HR operating model and scalable processes
• Optimize employee experiences across onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
• Turn people data into actionable insights for leaders
• Lead the HR calendar and coordinate initiatives
• Manage HR technology and vendor relationships (HRIS, payroll, benefits, EOR)
• Support international workforce operations and multi-country employment
• Embed compliance into HR processes with minimal friction
• Partner with HR leaders to align operational decisions with business priorities
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable infrastructure
