Autodesk in Spain is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist for a 12-month contract to lead end-to-end relocations into and within the EMEA and APAC regions. You will partner with HR, payroll and external vendors to deliver a compliant, employee-focused mobility experience.

The role requires hands-on relocation coordination, strong organization, and clear communication in English. You will maintain accurate records, advise on benefits, and help scale the Temporary Remote Work Program across teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in global mobility, corporate relocation, international assignment administration, or related field.
• Experience coordinating international relocation cases with understanding of relocation benefits, policies, and service delivery.
• Familiarity with global mobility practices across EMEA and APAC, including varying country requirements.
• Experience working with external relocation vendors or global mobility providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to explain policies and requirements across countries.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end relocations into EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring a compliant, employee-focused experience.
• Coordinate relocation lifecycle: initiation, benefits, vendor engagement, support, and case closure.
• Review and process relocation requests, assess eligibility, policy provisions, and benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for relocating employees and provide guidance on timelines and documentation.
• Partner with external relocation vendors to monitor service delivery and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, People Consultants, Payroll, and internal stakeholders.
• Support administration of Autodesk's Temporary Remote Work Program.
• Maintain relocation and remote work records in internal systems.
• Identify mobility risks and escalate for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Global Immigration, Tax, Payroll, and other teams on immigration/tax considerations.
