JD Logistics, part of JD.com, seeks an Operations Scheduling specialist to optimize daily schedules across fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient resource use and timely delivery of goods. You will analyze capacity, coordinate with managers, and adapt plans in real time to disruptions, maintaining high service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in scheduling, and strong Excel skills; English fluency is essential with Mandarin an advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations scheduling, logistics planning, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain optimal scheduling plans for warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, and last-mile delivery activities.
• Analyze data, forecasts, and capacity constraints to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics managers, warehouse supervisors, and transportation teams to align scheduling with needs and goals.
• Use scheduling software to create, adjust, and monitor schedules in real time and respond to disruptions.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency; prepare regular reports.
