JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager for Dangerous Goods to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring safe receiving, storage, and order fulfillment while maintaining top safety and productivity standards.

You will drive digital transformation, optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support growth and service quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.
• Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses.
• Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality.
• Monitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance.

As a Warehouse Manager for Dangerous Goods, you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity.

Strategic Planning & Warehouse Development

• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.

• Partner closely with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support business growth by enhancing operational competitiveness and service quality.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.

Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations would be highly desirable.
