Celonis is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join our international IT Service Team, focusing on supporting the Madrid office. You will troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate IT issues across macOS and Windows environments, collaborating with a global team and providing onsite support at the Madrid office.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure AD, M365, Intune, Kandji, and video conferencing systems. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and ITIL familiarity are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Proficient with macOS and Windows 11.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and M365 administration.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiar with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Kandji).
• Knowledge of network printers and video conferencing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for IT support requests from employees.
• Provide hands-on macOS and Windows support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with the global IT Service Team to resolve issues via phone, email, or remote support.
• Install, configure and maintain computing equipment and peripherals (Mac/Windows, printers, video conferencing).
• Manage onboarding for new Madrid office employees.
• Support mobile devices via Intune and Kandji.
• Provide onsite IT support at the Madrid office.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and user guides.
