Exclusive Networks is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Madrid to maintain and configure internal infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, and network devices. You will install hardware and software, resolve incidents, and ensure business continuity across regions, reporting to the Global Helpdesk Manager.

The role requires 1 year of experience, strong Windows and MacOS skills, and hands-on experience with Intune and Jamf for device management.

Formación

• Degree in relevant IT field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Macintosh clients.
• Experience with Intune and Jamf for device management and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory knowledge including managing user accounts and permissions.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and connectivity across wired and wireless networks.
• Experience in user remote support.
• Mobile device support and deployment understanding.
• Ability to document processes and maintain organization.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the change from individual services to unified and simplified solutions across regions.
• Support modern technologies for all offices locally and globally including remote.
• Assess and improve the IT support services to align with regional requirements and global scale.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of technology and telecommunication devices across IT Service Management.
• Continuously evaluate configurations and improve where needed.
• Ensure timely incident resolution in line with SLAs.
• Promote excellent customer service for front-line service delivery.
