Qualifications

• 2–4 years IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management or L2 support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Good grasp of Windows OS and workplace support.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing.
• Service-oriented and reliable work style.
• Ability to document work clearly and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of global IT environment focusing on Microsoft 365 administration and identity management.
• Assist endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, device compliance and issues.
• Handle L1/L2 IT tickets and some global escalations.
• Review cybersecurity alerts and support tools like Microsoft Defender.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and change-control evidence for regulated pharma environments.
• Support Azure tasks and basic hybrid infrastructure documentation.
