Job summary

Annexa Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to oversee the Microsoft O365 environment, including administration, security, and ongoing governance.

The role involves collaboration with engineering and service desks to resolve issues and implement changes, with a focus on optimization and scalable practices. The position supports onsite/remote work arrangements and requires strong expertise in Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Office 365 tools.

Qualifications

• 6 years in systems administration.
• 3 years in Exchange on-prem and Exchange Online migrations.
• 3 years in AAD Connect and Azure AD synchronization.
• Experience administering Office 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Experience with Azure and AWS networking and VM deployment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain tools in the Microsoft O365 Suite.
• Collaborate with engineering and service desk to troubleshoot and update settings.
• Develop governance best practices for enterprise tools.
• Provide recommendations for optimization and assist with implementations.
• Configure device quarantine and enrollment policy for new O365 device activation.
• Assist with tracking, monitoring and troubleshooting performance and capacity.
• Serve as primary escalation point for all responsibilities.
• Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.
