DHL is seeking an HR Business Support and Strategic Projects Senior Expert to drive global HR initiatives, from definition through implementation, across cross-functional teams. You will lead end-to-end projects, ensuring governance, budget control and timely delivery to senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes HR systems awareness, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Proven experience leading multiple medium-to-large HR technology or enterprise systems projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong planning, governance, risk/issue management, budget control and executive reporting.
• Good knowledge of enterprise HR systems; Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, SAP HR desirable.
• Understanding of system implementation activities such as testing, data migration, integrations and cutover.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive actions through to closure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and concise senior-level reporting.
• Preferred: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or comparable project management certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end, multi-project HR initiatives across global teams.
• Create and manage integrated project plans with milestones, resources and dependencies.
• Manage delivery against timelines, budgets and quality; take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs and change control with clear owners.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; coordinate mitigation.
• Produce executive-ready status reports highlighting progress and decisions.
• Coordinate HR, technology, data and process experts to support delivery decisions.
