Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR project management or related role.
• Fluency in Spanish & English.
• Proven track record delivering complex HR projects.
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
• Experience with PM tools and HR project methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR practices and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage HR project plans, timelines, and budgets.
