Hudl is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead our HR Operations across Europe, Asia and LATAM. You’ll translate global HR strategy into scalable programs, policies and service delivery standards while advising on governance and risk across regions.

In this role you’ll shape the international operations roadmap, ensure compliant employment practices, optimize workflows with automation, and develop the regional team to deliver measurable impact.

Formación

• 10+ years HR operations experience with 5+ years leading global teams.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits and compliance across multiple countries.
• Proven experience leveraging AI to optimize operations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance and IT; vendor negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategy and advisory for international HR operations.
• Lead governance and compliance across contracts, mobility, payroll and benefits.
• Optimize processes using automation and AI; manage vendors and M&A integrations.
• Develop and coach the regional HR Operations team with SLAs and metrics.
