Qualifications

• University degree required in HR, information systems, or business administration; master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in global HR process management and HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma; certifications like Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are advantageous.
• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement and Management: design, own, and continuously enhance global HR processes; manage roadmaps for global HR programs; ensure compliance and excellent employee experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships across Finance, HR, IT, and business units; readiness for deployments; align transformation roadmaps.
• Transformation and Governance: define policies with HR Operations; collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations; establish post-launch ownership and controls.
• Change Management: drive global changes, standardize processes across regions; act as business partner for HR stakeholders in transformation initiatives.
