Wallbox Chargers, S.L. is seeking a Rewards Manager to oversee global compensation, benefits, and equity programs within the People department. You will design competitive compensation structures, total rewards strategies, and global employee offerings.

You will benchmark salaries, administer RSUs and stock options, model LTIPs, manage benefits, and drive pay transparency compliance across regions, partnering with Sales, FP&A, and Finance using HRIS tools for advanced total rewards reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in compensation, benefits and total rewards, international exposure.
• Knowledge of equity compensation models (RSUs/Stock Options) and public company reward frameworks.
• Strong salary benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks, and incentive plan design.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
• Professional English (C1/C2) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Global Compensation & Architecture: design, benchmark, and maintain global salary bands and grading systems across regions.
• Long-Term Incentives & Equity: administer equity plans (RSUs, Stock Options) and LTIP programs.
• Variable Pay & Sales Incentives: model and track sales commissions and bonus plans.
• Benefits & Flexible Remuneration: manage international benefits and vendor relationships.
• Budgeting & Pay Transparency: collaborate on workforce cost forecasting and pay equity compliance.
• Process & Systems: lead merit review cycles and leverage HRIS for rewards reporting.
