Job summary

Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking a Global Process Owner to lead the design, governance and optimization of end-to-end HR Operations processes. You will ensure scalable, digitally enabled HR experiences and partner with COEs to set process standards across the enterprise.

You will identify automation opportunities, design a framework for documenting processes, and monitor performance globally to maintain consistency and efficiency in HR services.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of experience in process design, process excellence, HR operations, or business process reengineering, ideally within a global or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing and documenting end to end processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of process design methodologies and experience applying them in HR or shared services contexts.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities within operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine the end-to-end HR processes that require definition, redesign, or standardization across the enterprise.
• Establish the process architecture and design framework used to document, manage, and optimize HR processes.
• Design new, standardized processes for previously undocumented end-to-end workflows.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation within HR processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enhance employee experience.
• Partner with COEs and HR stakeholders to define and maintain processes across key HR service areas.
• Monitor end to end process performance globally, setting standards and ensuring processes are documented, consistent, and scalable across countries and regions.
