Job summary

MediaMarktEspaña seeks a SAP HCM specialist to optimize and harmonize international HR processes. You will translate business needs into SAP HCM solutions, support global rollouts and go-lives, and work with HR, IT and product teams across multiple countries.

The role focuses on PA, PT, OM and ESS/MSS, plus related third-party tools, with a proactive, communicative mindset and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Solid experience in SAP HCM customizing, preferably SAP ERP 6.08.
• Good knowledge of PA, PT, OM, ESS/MSS and/or Fiori.
• Good understanding of HR processes and the ability to connect business needs with technology.
• Experience in international projects, rollouts or process harmonization.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• You are an open-minded, proactive, goal-oriented personality with a high responsibility
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with international stakeholders and different cultures.
• You are a team player, curious and willing to learn.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and harmonize international HCM processes across MediaMarktSaturn.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Design concepts and support international projects, rollouts and go-lives.
• Collaborate with HR teams, key users, IT and product teams across countries.
• Configure, test and support SAP HCM focused on PA, PT, OM and ESS/MSS and related tools.
• Own topics, manage priorities and drive from idea to implementation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge in an international team.
