Hudl is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead our HR Operations across Europe, Asia and LATAM. You will translate global HR strategy into scalable programs, governance and service delivery standards while advising senior leaders on governance and risk.

You will drive automation, coach the regional team, and shape the operating model to balance local needs with global consistency. A dynamic, globally focused leader will fit this role.

Formación

• 10+ years in HR operations, with at least 5 years leading global teams.
• Extensive international compliance knowledge across multiple countries (EU/UK focus).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and decisions.
• Ability to design scalable, automated HR processes across complex regulatory landscapes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance and IT.

Responsabilidades
