Jobgether SRL seeks an HR AI & Automation Operations Lead to design and implement intelligent automation for global HR operations. You will own automation initiatives, integrate HRIS and payroll systems, and govern AI-enabled tools with a focus on governance and scalability.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and IT to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and support large-scale HR workflows. Fluency in English and experience in remote/global teams are essential.

Formación

• Experience delivering HR automation projects end-to-end.
• Ability to design scalable automation in HR operations.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and IT.

Responsabilidades

• Own automation initiatives from discovery through launch and ownership.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR experiences and outcomes using data and feedback.
• Assess risk, compliance, and privacy in HR automation designs.
• Map processes and design end-to-end automated workflows for speed and accuracy.
• Build integrations across HRIS, payroll, and case management systems.
• Develop automation solutions using Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
