Siemens Healthineers is seeking an HR Operations Partner to join the EMEA HR Operations Team. You will lead and coordinate projects across multiple countries, representing EMEA perspectives in global initiatives and driving best practices in service delivery.

The role requires a degree in business or related fields, 4–5+ years in a service center, strong change management skills, and fluent English. You will collaborate with senior leaders and external vendors to improve processes and automation.

Formación

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, human resources management or comparable studies.
• Minimum of 4-5+ years of service center experience, preferably in HR or related fields.
• Strong project management skills and experience in change management and communication.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Great learning mindset and proven ability to get things done.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across priorities in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Fluent English language proficiency for an international environment.
• Ability to influence and engage key stakeholders for projects.
• Knowledge of shared services best practices and HR systems is preferable.
• Continuous improvement mindset and capability to identify automation opportunities.
• Assess readiness of local processes for new HR implementations and recommend actions.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and coordinate overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country/regional level.
• Represent EMEA insights in global projects and initiatives.
• Ensure knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.
• Vendor management contact for EMEA with external providers.
• Collaborate with Global Vendor Management on escalations and changes.
• Partner with Global HR Operations and key stakeholders to drive initiatives.
