Tamarind Intelligence is seeking an experienced Team Lead HR Services for its Global Business Services Center in Europe. You will lead HR Administrators and Payroll Specialists, shaping operating models and driving standardization across South Europe.

You will partner with HR leadership, focus on process automation, data-driven improvements, and building a culture of continuous development. This hybrid role offers a competitive package with international exposure and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a leadership role within HR Global Business Services or HR Shared Services.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish payroll; experience with payroll in other European countries is valued.
• Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
• Broad knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including HR transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT and Finance, with interest in digital HR solutions and process automation.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset balancing operational priorities with long-term improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence by prioritizing resources, monitoring progress, and adapting team structures to achieve excellent results.
• Partner with HR Services leadership, the Global HR team, and other functions to ensure strong collaboration and delivery of HR services.
• Use targets, KPIs, and insights to identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and increased efficiency.
• Shape HR guidelines, processes, and organizational structures for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build knowledge bases for employees, managers, and HR colleagues to make HR information accessible.
• Develop and coach team members to grow capabilities and take ownership of their areas.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset across the department, encouraging new ideas and better ways of working.
