Amazon is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for a 6-month program in 2027. You will rotate through HR functions in Amazon's fast-paced operations, collaborating with teams across countries to solve real-world challenges and improve processes.

You’ll analyze workforce data, assist with employee relations, support learning initiatives, and help implement training plans. A mentor-led program offers growth and potential graduate opportunities within Amazon.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Sign a learning agreement with your university.
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 month internship maximum.
• Currently in your final year and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communication to align teams across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
• Learn about HR functions across the broader organization and best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, and compensation queries.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify improvements and drive efficiency.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations for decision making.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
