Cint is seeking a senior global People Operations leader to own services, processes and infrastructure across the employee lifecycle. You will drive operational leadership and transformation, balancing employee support, ER, HRIS, data governance and benefits, while guiding the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and scalable operating models.

You will work across People Partnering, Talent, Total Rewards and People Technology to simplify how work gets done and determine what belongs in self-service

Formación

• Experience leading a global People Operations or HR Operations function.
• Strong operational knowledge across employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, People data, policies and the employee lifecycle.
• Track record transforming operations with workflow, self-service, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience establishing effective case management, ticketing or tiered support models.
• Strong systems thinking, analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global People Operations and Employee Relations team with high performance.
• Own and continuously improve core employee-lifecycle processes, the People knowledge hub, policies and guidance.
• Own HRIS performance and People data governance; collaborate on workflows and integrations.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and self-service experiences; measure impact on experience, speed and scale.
• Set and deliver the People Operations roadmap, moving from transactional execution to problem-solving and operational consulting.
• Lead global Benefits Operations and vendor management to ensure robust employee experience.
