Agilent Technologies is seeking a Global Process Owner in Barcelona to lead the design, governance, and optimization of end-to-end HR Operations processes, ensuring a scalable, digitally enabled HR experience.

You will define standards, identify automation opportunities, and partner with COEs and HR teams to implement AI-driven improvements across Workforce Administration, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, and related services.

Formación

• 8+ years in process design, HR operations, or business process reengineering.
• Experience documenting end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of process design methodologies in HR or shared services contexts.
• Experience identifying automation and AI opportunities within operational processes.
• Ability to partner with COEs, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex, undocumented work into clear, structured processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills across global, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Determine end-to-end HR processes requiring definition, redesign, or standardization.
• Establish the process architecture and design framework used to document, manage, and optimize HR processes.
• Design new, standardized processes for previously undocumented end-to-end workflows.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation within HR processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enhance employee experience
• Partner with COEs and HR stakeholders to define and maintain processes across key HR service areas, including Workforce Administration, Preboarding, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, Separations, Offboarding, Workforce Management and related services
• Monitor end to end process performance globally, setting standards and ensuring processes are documented, consistent, and scalable across countries and regions.
