Allianz Partners seeks an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to lead regional HR technology projects across multiple countries. You will drive the implementation of target HR architectures, integrate with downstream systems, and manage Payroll/Time & Attendance strategies to improve efficiency.

You will work with HR and IT teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs while applying AI, ML, data analytics and cloud-based tools in a responsible manner.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven project management experience in HR technology or transformation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in international environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• English mandatory; Spanish or French appreciated

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects across multiple countries
• Drive implementation of HR architecture and platform solutions; lead integration with downstream systems
• Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance systems strategy and optimization
• Develop HR IT architecture aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with HR and IT to implement technology solutions improving efficiency and data quality
• Lead decommissioning strategies to optimize IT landscape
• Engage with in-country teams to analyze requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Build relationships with stakeholders; maintain governance and project documentation
• Ensure clear communication and engagement across stakeholders
• Apply AI, ML, data analytics and cloud-based tools in line with Allianz data governance and ethics
