eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a People Support Specialist (International) in Barcelona. You will be a key operational pillar across European locations, managing the end-to-end employee cycle while integrating AI-driven workflows.

The role blends payroll, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations in a hybrid, international environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in European payroll, strong Spanish payroll knowledge, GDPR awareness, and fluency in English and Spanish, with French/German a

Formación

• Minimum 2 years supporting European payrolls.
• Experience with Spain payroll and social security.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding lifecycle.
• Collaborative experience in international/multi-location teams.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Familiar with GDPR and data security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll & compliance across European locations.
• Coordinate payroll with local teams and providers.
• Provide monthly operational support for the Spanish payroll cycle.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and collective agreements.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI to reduce errors.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Handle employee documentation, benefits and leave administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries with timely resolution.
• Generate operational reports to inform data-driven decisions.
