Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent management and acquisition.
• Proven experience in implementing performance management and employee development programs.
• Excellent understanding of talent acquisition best practices and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for remote workforce challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles.
• Develop and administer performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
