Orbio is seeking a strategic and passionate leader to head our talent function, working directly with the CEO to attract, hire, and nurture top talent and transform HR with AI. You will shape workforce strategy, build scalable hiring processes, and drive programs for development, retention, and growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Proven leadership in talent acquisition and development in fast-growth startups or tech companies.
• Strong understanding of HR technologies and data analytics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with Orbio’s growth ambitions.
• Lead the end-to-end hiring process to attract top-tier candidates.
• Develop and implement programs for talent development, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and shape organizational culture.
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment and employee experience.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent practices.
