Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor's in related field and HR experience.
• Demonstrated track record in people management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment with a Global Organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team and function as an expert on people and organizational issues, delivering HR solutions to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Develop and implement HR strategy to achieve business objectives for sites/regions.
• Supervise HR professionals to ensure strategy is implemented within budgets and compliant with regulations.
