Jobgether is partnering with a global digital finance and tech organization to appoint an Employee Experience Director based in Spain. You will lead efforts across engagement, internal comms, workplace operations, and company-wide events to shape a connected, high-performing workforce.

You will work with executives to implement scalable programs, drive culture, and modernize services with AI-powered tools while managing a global team and budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in People and Culture, Employee Experience, Workplace Operations, Internal Communications, or related field.
• At least 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global employee experience strategy across multiple countries.
• Design and manage employee listening initiatives and feedback programs.
• Translate feedback into actionable improvement plans with senior leaders.
