Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Director based in Spain to design and lead a global learning function within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will shape leadership development, onboarding, technical training, and sales enablement across international teams.

You will modernize learning with digital platforms, AI-powered tools, and data-driven development initiatives, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to drive organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with Learning & Development and talent development experience.
• Proven ability to design and scale global learning programs.
• Experience in onboarding, leadership development, technical and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build and manage learning programs from onboarding to leadership development.
• Lead leadership development for managers, senior leaders and high-potential employees.
• Establish core development programs for communication, coaching, and people management.
• Oversee LMS, content library, and learning tech infrastructure.
• Partner with HR to develop individual development plans and succession planning.
• Define learning KPIs and measure impact on performance and retention.
• Own the global onboarding experience for all offices and remote locations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Compliance on learning paths.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and learning technology investments.
• Influence senior leaders and contribute to People Leadership decisions.
