Job summary

Innovamat is seeking a Global Head of People to architect and lead a unified people strategy across HQ, Spain, LATAM, and the United States. You’ll design compensation bands, analytics dashboards, and a scalable onboarding framework, while shaping leadership development and performance processes.

This role reports to the CEO and partners with senior executives to drive growth and talent excellence. You will influence compensation, organizational design, and people operations at a global scale,

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of work experience building or leading people systems, teams, or processes from scratch.
• 4+ years leading people or project teams with real business accountability (P&L, budget, or quota).
• Experience operating in multi-country environments, with teams across different geographies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design the first levels and compensation bands architecture for all 9 countries.
• Define metrics and tools to monitor performance and rewards globally.
• Redesign the performance evaluation system with two annual cycles.
• Implement an executive people analytics dashboard for the CEO and Leadership Team.
• Lead the global team of People BPs across HQ, Spain, LATAM, and US.
• Build the management training program and onboarding process across countries.
• Identify top performers and address underperformance cases.
• Develop the employer brand and our global talent pipeline.
