DAI Global is seeking a Lead - Global Gateway, Governance and EU Accession to drive strategic leadership and growth in governance and EU accession opportunities. You will build a robust pipeline, expand partner networks, and align business development with technical delivery insights across multiple countries.

The role requires extensive experience with EU funds and donors, strong leadership, and the ability to travel internationally.

Formación

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, with EU/donor engagement, proposal development and strategic positioning.
• Strong understanding of EU Global Gateway strategy and governance/eu accession relevance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and pipeline development in governance and EU accession opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical practice and delivery teams to align BD with project experience and client priorities.
• Lead, mentor and manage business development colleagues; set objectives and support workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain a network of partners, consultants and experts to strengthen technical and commercial competitiveness.
• Represent the organization at events, ensure quality in proposals and mitigate risks in BD processes.
