Michael Page is leading a global People & Development initiative to shape talent and leadership programs across Europe, Asia and the Americas. You will drive development strategies for a workforce of 10,000+ and partner with regional teams to implement scalable solutions.

The role offers a competitive salary (€65,000-€75,000 fixed) with annual bonus, flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements. You will gain high-visibility exposure to international teams and influence the global people

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve global leadership development programs aligned with business priorities.
• Define and implement career development frameworks and pathways across employee populations.
• Design scalable development solutions deployable across regions.
• Identify organizational and talent development needs from business priorities and performance gaps.
• Translate strategic business needs into impactful talent development initiatives and programs.
• Define metrics and evaluation methodologies to measure impact of development initiatives.
• Analyze data, feedback and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead international talent development projects coordinating stakeholders across regions.
• Partner with global and local teams to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global People & Development team and contribute to the design of the company’s talent development strategy across Europe, Asia and the Americas. The role will have a global scope and a direct impact on defining development programs, frameworks and solutions for a workforce of more than 10,000 employees. Reporting to the Global Leadership, Learning & Culture Leader, key responsibilities will include:

• Design and evolve global leadership development programs aligned with business priorities.
• Define and implement career development frameworks and career pathways across different employee populations.
• Design scalable development solutions that can be adapted and deployed across multiple regions.
• Identify organizational and talent development needs through analysis of business priorities and performance gaps.
• Translate strategic business needs into impactful talent development initiatives and programs.
• Define metrics and evaluation methodologies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of development initiatives.
• Analyze data, feedback and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead international talent development projects while coordinating multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Partner with global and local teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of development initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in leadership, talent development and career growth across the organization.

Competitive salary package of €65,000-75,000 fixed salary.
