Reporting directly to the global Head of Legal, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in supporting its European expansion.

The Role

You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on a broad range of strategic, commercial and operational matters, including:

• Corporate transactions, acquisitions and strategic investments
• Commercial contracts and partnership arrangements
• Infrastructure development and construction projects
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Regulatory matters and risk management
• Management of external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictions
• Leadership, development and management of legal resources within the European business

This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

Candidate Profile

We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:

• Approximately 12-18 years' legal experience
• Strong corporate and commercial legal expertisei>
• Experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, technology, telecommunications or related sectors
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing, mentoring or developing legal teams and/or legal resources
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
