Allianz Technology is seeking a Data Governance Operations Lead to oversee the execution and continual improvement of its Data Governance operating model. The role partners with risk, compliance, audit and technology teams to deliver governance, data quality and regulatory outcomes across a global organisation.

You will lead a distributed team, drive accountability, and implement scalable processes to enable data governance as a genuine business enabler while aligning with strategic initiatives.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Data Ownership, Metadata Management and Governance Controls.
• Experience leading distributed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage in regulated and international environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery skills.
• Experience with data governance tooling and process automation is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational execution of the Data Governance framework across domains.
• Coordinate governance, data quality and regulatory compliance activities.
• Direct the Data Governance operations team, managing priorities and deliverables.
• Monitor commitments, risks, audit actions and remediation plans; escalate blockers.
• Establish governance reporting, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
