IAG Engine Tech in Madrid seeks a senior leader to head Partner Governance, Compliance & Contracts Management. You will establish and operate the governance, compliance and contractual framework for the supplier and partner ecosystem, ensuring partners meet obligations, regulatory requirements, quality standards and commercial commitments.

Formación

• Experience in partner governance, compliance and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to design and implement governance models and performance reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain the partner governance model for strategic suppliers and service providers.
• Lead partner performance reviews and establish corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own the contract management framework and ensure governance, obligations and renewal terms.
• Coordinate regulatory, safety and internal compliance activities for partners and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain a structured supplier risk management framework and escalation processes.
