GeneMind is seeking a Field Service Engineer to lead end-to-end service delivery for high-precision sequencing instruments, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience servicing NGS sequencers, PCR instruments, or other laboratory genomic/analytical equipment.
• Experience delivering technical training and supporting distributor service teams.
• Familiarity with medical device quality systems (ISO13485, GMP) or related regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and perform preventive maintenance on high-precision instruments.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs to maximize uptime.
• Provide on-site and remote service delivery with clear, compliant service documentation.
• Deliver structured technical training to distributor engineers and customer staff.
• Maintain thorough service records and reports per quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, applications, and R&D to improve product reliability.
