GeneMind Biosciences is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service high-precision sequencing instruments on-site and remotely, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will install, commission, maintain, repair, and train users, collaborating with sales, applications, and R&D. Candidates should have a technical degree, 3+ years hardware maintenance, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor-level technical degree in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on hardware maintenance experience on precision instruments or medical devices.
• Strong verbal/written English and ability to draft clear service reports and records.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and maintain high-precision sequencing instruments on-site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware faults, perform repairs, and ensure maximum instrument uptime.
• Provide structured training for distributor and customer staff on instrument operation.
• Prepare service documentation, reports and records in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with sales, applications, and R&D to improve product reliability.
• Support preventive maintenance and timely responses to field escalations.
