GeneMind is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own end-to-end on-site and remote service delivery for its high-precision sequencing instruments. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot hardware, and provide technical training to distributor teams and customers.

Frequent domestic and international travel is required to support global operations. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure instrument

Formación

Proven hands-on hardware maintenance experience.
Ability to assemble/disassemble instruments and troubleshoot hardware faults.
Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of drafting clear service reports.

Responsabilidades

Install and commission high-precision sequencing instruments onsite.
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and remote troubleshooting to maximize uptime.
Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to distributor service teams and end-users.
Create and maintain accurate service documentation, maintenance records, and reports.
Collaborate with sales, applications, and R&D to resolve issues and improve products.
