GeneMind Biosciences is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own on-site and remote service delivery for high-precision sequencing instruments. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and train customers, ensuring maximum uptime and satisfaction across laboratories, hospitals, and research institutions.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will travel domestically and internationally, document activities, and collaborate with sales, applications, and R&D to improve product reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years of hands-on hardware maintenance experience in medical devices, precision analytical instruments, or life science equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to draft clear, compliant project documents and service reports.
• Fluent English preferred; good oral English skills required.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and perform preventive maintenance on sequencing instruments onsite and remotely.
• Provide responsive hardware technical support and troubleshooting post-sale.
• Design and deliver technical training for distributor Field Service Engineers and customer staff.
• Maintain detailed service records, technical reports, and documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, application, and R&D to improve product reliability and customer experience.
