GeneMind Biosciences seeks a Field Service Engineer in Valencia to own end-to-end on-site and remote service for high-precision sequencing instruments. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot hardware, and train customers, ensuring maximum uptime and reliable operation across labs and research facilities.

You will collaborate with sales, applications, and R&D, travel domestically and internationally as needed, and deliver detailed service reports in compliance with quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years hands-on hardware maintenance experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Ability to install, commission, and troubleshoot high-precision equipment.
• Proficient English; willingness to travel.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance materials and packaging for on-site and remote service actions.
• Evaluate supplies and checklists for product demonstrations; coordinate preparation to ensure flawless demos.
• Provide responsive hardware support and maintenance post-sale, performing on-site and remote troubleshooting.
• Design and deliver structured technical training for distributor field service engineers and lab staff.
• Perform on-site inspections, identify potential issues, and help customers maintain instrument performance.
• Maintain detailed service records, project documents, and technical reports per company quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, application, and R&D to resolve issues and improve product reliability and customer experience.
