Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive search or leadership hiring, tech focus a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of market-leading sourcing platforms and approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to handle confidential executive placements with discretion.
• Ability to leverage data/insights for decisions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with AI and GenAI platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end headhunting and proactive pipelining for leadership roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with Talent Management, Leadership teams and HR BPs to understand needs and long-term talent goals.
• Develop and execute tailored search strategies for niche, confidential leadership roles.
• Research and map talent across tech industries and geographies to strengthen succession pipelines.
• Utilize AI tools and expert networks to map talent and fuel pipelines.
• Analyze talent trends and competitor insights to drive hiring strategy.
