Getnet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst to join the CoE Talent Acquisition in Spain. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for middle-management and technology profiles, collaborating with global teams to shape hiring strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding handover.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of recruitment experience, strong English and Spanish, and experience with ATS and analytics tools.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or related fields is required.
• 5-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, global IT/tech focus desirable.
• English advanced (C1+) and Spanish professional proficiency required.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for middle-management and technology profiles from intake to onboarding handover.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs, define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies via direct search, networking and market mapping.
• Assess candidates through structured interviews and screening to ensure strong fit.
• Maintain high level of stakeholder coordination to keep processes aligned and on track.
• Use ATS tools and reporting to monitor pipeline health and drive data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Participate in global projects on employer branding, diversity & inclusion, succession planning.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment needs.
